Steve oversees anything that directly influences sales, operations, and financial performance at Primis. Still, he says one of the best learning experiences he received is coaching 8 to 10-year-olds in football. It’s shown him the value of teaching others new skills and given him the satisfaction of witnessing pure joy when they find success, which are lessons he utilizes in his position at Primis.

When he’s not developing and executing corporate strategic initiatives, he’s at home hanging out with his zoo of pets, including his Australian cattle dogs, Cricket and Casey, and two rescue cats, Peaches and Kallie.
