PRIMIS BANK HIRES NEW DIRECTOR OF TREASURY SERVICES

RICHMOND, V.a. — Primis Bank is excited to announce the addition of Sheryl Masi as the new director of treasury services. Masi’s new role will manage all aspects of the treasury services department, a critical component of the bank’s commercial growth strategy.

Prior to Primis, she served as the director of treasury management at Professional Bank in Florida (acquired by Seacoast Bank in 2023). She was also the director of commercial services at Stonegate Bank (acquired by Centennial Bank in 2017).

“I’m very excited to join the Primis team,” Masi said. “After talking with Rick [Fulk] and getting to know the bank’s vision as they look to grow more in commercial banking, I’m confident that my experience and skills align with Primis and that we will surpass our goals.”

With almost four decades of banking experience under her belt, Masi is set up to help Primis through her skills with product management and overall business development.

“It’s impossible to overstate the value that Sheryl adds to our team,” Primis Bank President Rick Fulk said. “Our growth goals are aggressive, but her experience and ability to manage relationships will make it much easier to get to where we want to be.”
