About Drey

Prior to Primis, Drey spent nearly a decade leading a successful national warehouse lending division at a large regional bank in Texas, growing the platform to over $1.0 billion in average monthly loan balances while generating substantial commercial deposits. His career spans multiple facets of the mortgage industry, including loan origination and serving as a correspondent investor, giving him a rare, end‑to‑end understanding of the mortgage lifecycle. Earlier leadership roles at Independent Financial and Southwest Bank further solidified his reputation as a proven builder in the space.
