Primis Bank Promotes McLean Bean to Director of Customer Care and Talent Development 

Bean to bring proven strategies from Customer Care Center to company-wide employee development programs 

RICHMOND, V.a. — Primis Bank is happy to announce that McLean Bean has been promoted to director of customer care and talent development. 

Bean will continue to lead the customer care team while expanding talent development programs across the organization. Since joining Primis just over two years ago, he has transformed the bank’s 24/7 Customer Care Center into a high-performing, talent-ready division and will now bring those best practices to the broader company.

The talent development strategy will focus on two areas: job function development, which provides structured, function-specific training to elevate customer experiences, and soft skills development, which builds leadership, communication, and supervisory capabilities.
