We’re not just creating career opportunities, we’re changing lives.
Primis Works is a four-month, full-time, paid internship experience for mothers who are single, combining classroom education, mentorship, personal and professional development, and extensive job training in a variety of departments at Primis.
How Does it work?
We’re committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in our communities, and our program for mothers who are single helps us put our money where our mouth is. Single parents need support. So, we’re all in, ready to help mothers make a better life for themselves and their children.

Exposure to different bank positions through job rotations, never placing program associates in copy rooms or file cabinet areas.

Building confidence and empowerment through mentorship and self-esteem workshops.

Providing network support that encourages teamwork, collaboration and allyship.

Supporting peace of mind to focus on learning with 100% paid childcare during the program.

Providing benefits available on the very first day, including medical, vision, dental, PTO, and more.

Giving support outside of the job including resume assistance, personal budgeting, and goal-setting.
