Dennis J. Zember

Dennis J. Zember Jr. has joined with other CEOs in signing a pledge to commit Primis to emboldening our dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. By doing so he has kick-started the accountability for Primis to uphold its commitments on a company-wide and individual level. With this action, Primis signifies it’s understanding of the importance of DEI throughout all aspects of what we do.

CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion aims to rally the business community to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. The CEO pledge outlines a specific set of actions the signatory CEOs will take to cultivate a trusting environment where all ideas are welcomed, and employees feel comfortable and empowered to have discussions about diversity and inclusion.

There is no single formula for fortifying Primis’ commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. However, by signing the CEO Action Pledge, Dennis J. Zember Jr. has opened the door for Primis to communicate and collaborate with a network of nearly 2,000 CEOs and businesses to make strides for better workplaces and communities.

Our commitments to DEI at Primis are evident in several areas. Internally, our employees are active members of their communities and Primis has provided all full-time employees with 8 hours of PTO to volunteer for a cause they love. Primis has also made a commitment to our community by creating Primis Works, our Single Mothers workforce program that provides the equity of opportunity to single mothers, allowing them to build a rewarding career in the finance industry. Most importantly, Primis is putting every decision we make, from marketing to hiring, through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.  We are taking real steps to ensure that we put our actions first, every time.

Businesses that put diversity at the forefront of their decision making processes perform better and at Primis, we won’t settle for anything less than the best.
