Mobile App Troubleshooting

Are you having trouble accessing our mobile app? Try these four steps:

1. Log into the website version online banking via our website.
2. Accept the presented terms and conditions (if they don’t pop up, no worries – logging into the website version of online account opening should do the trick)
3. Reset your password.
4. Log out of online banking.

Your mobile app should now function normally. But, if you continue to have issues, call our Customer Care Center at 1.833.4Primis (833.477.4647).
