Primis Bank Welcomes Michelle Douglas as Director of SBA Lending and Executive Credit Officer

McLEAN, Va. — Primis Bank today announced the return of Michelle Douglas as Senior Vice President, Director of SBA Lending and Executive Credit Officer, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to building a best-in-class SBA platform as a core component of its long-term growth strategy.

Douglas brings 30 years of experience in SBA lending, credit administration, and banking operations. She previously spent 14 years with Primis from 2007 to 2021, where she built deep relationships across the organization and played an instrumental role in strengthening the bank’s SBA capabilities. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and SBA Program Manager at Potomac Bank.

Her return marks a significant milestone for Primis as the bank continues investing in leadership, infrastructure, and specialized expertise to accelerate growth within its SBA division.
