Primis Mortgage Closes Month in Record-Breaking Fashion
WILMINGTON, N.C. — Primis Mortgage closed out May in record-breaking fashion, finishing with their most productive month in the company’s history.
Primis Mortgage surpassed its previous all-time best by 7% and company leadership credits the hard work of the entire team to educate their customers on the benefits of their home financing options.
“It’s truly great to see that educated consumers are taking advantage of competitive home prices by closing today,” Primis Mortgage CEO John Owens said. “Most consumers understand that a refinance on their mortgage is a viable option in the future so they’re no longer waiting. I’m so proud of all our loan officers, but arguably even more proud of our in-house production and marketing teams. Our loan officers get the spotlight, but it really wouldn’t be possible to do what we do without our entire team. If there’s one thing that I can say for sure about the future, I know that we’re all fired up and ready to ride this momentum to new heights.”
While it was a total team effort to set a new record for monthly production, the individual efforts cannot go unnoticed. In total, nearly 40% of our loan officers funded $1 million or more in May as well 21% of our sales team had a record month since joining Primis.
