Belinda Arender was named the 2023 Community Lender of the Year by the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — One of Primis Mortgage’s finest, Belinda Arender, Primis Mortgage Regional Market Leader, was named Community Lender of the Year for the second straight year by the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association.
The prestigious NMBA Community Lender of the Year award is given to the loan officer that shows a passion for community lending and education efforts, and was announced at their annual Awards of Excellence Gala on March 2, 2024. As a multi-time winner of this award, Arender is well recognized for the work she does for her community — she always exceeds expectations.

Arender and many other Primis Mortgage loan officers took home awards for their 2023 production at the NMBA Awards of Excellence Gala.
